Abstract

The article addresses the effects of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on education, emphasizing the need to rethink pedagogical strategies in universities. The work explores the transformations brought by AI, including automation and the potential for personalized teaching. It argues that universities must adapt to train professionals capable of working with AI, valuing skills such as creativity, critical thinking, and ethical competencies. The text also discusses the role of teachers in the AI era, suggesting they should focus more on developing students' interpersonal and critical skills. It proposes a reflection on the ethical and moral direction of education in a world increasingly dominated by AI.
