Abstract

A literatura dialoga intensamente com outras artes. Este artigo apresenta um estudo comparado interdisciplinar entre literatura e cinema. A análise empreendida envolve a obra literária Jane Eyre de Charlotte Brontë e as transcriações fílmicas homônimas dirigidas por Susanna White em 2006 e por Cary Joji Fukunaga em 2011. Para levar a efeito a investigação, foram eleitos parâmetros que se aplicam às três narrativas. Além disso, procede-se a uma pesquisa do tratamento dado à questão da linguagem em termos literários e fílmicos, contando com uma abordagem Semiótica.
