Abstract

O artigo diagnostica as dificuldades teóricas e práticas em torno do debate dos direitos humanos e propõe que a análise dos seus pressupostos antropológicos constitui o primeiro passo para a compreensão do seu sentido. Por isso, focaliza a remodelação do conceito de ser humano como determinante para o surgimento desta categoria de direitos.
