This article reflects on the conceptualization of discursive practice in M. Foucault (2004) e D. Maingueneau (1997, 2005), as well as the debate surrounding technodiscursive practices, to examine discursive media as integrated to the constitution of the text, in order to discuss research strategies in digital platforms. Through them, we formulate an approximation to a corpus of tweets, utilizing techniques for processing and extracting posts around the death of Maradona through critical consideration of different digital platforms, problematizing their limitations. The results obtained are relevant to reflect on the conditions for using these platforms by discursive analysts, as well as the on the discursive cartography, the regions that are configured, and the debates that gain consistency in this space
