Fair process and dynamic contradictory

This article presents an analysis of the due process of law through the optic of the nominated “fair process”, especially by the sight of Comoglio. For that, it is important to analyze which is effectively the dimension that should be given to the fair process. It is imperative to consider, in this way, the role of the contradictory in the context of this “fair” process.
