Abstract

Around the wine is organized what we could call by convention a "universe semiotic", namely a network strongly structured of semiotics-objects different, like the landscape and the region, the bottle, his contents and his label, tasting, and between which one observes conversions, exchanges and circulations of images and values. The examination of these conversions clarifies several processes more general: mechanisms of iconisation (of the landscape, the region or the wine), but also formation, corrélat of the precedents, the "body-agents" (landscape, wine, the bottle). The icons are formed on a bottom polysensoriel, by stabilization of specific associations, and the "body-agents" are consisted a material structure and a type of envelope. Thus, the passage from one semiotics-object to another can it preserve, at the time of the translation inter-semiotics, some of these reasons for figurative syntax, in the form of icon or of body-agent. Moreover, in a semiotic universe like that of the wine, inside each different semiotics-object, all the others are likely to be evoked or convened, thanks to disengagings and clutches énonciatifs. Network pluri-semiotics, conversion and circulation of the icons, evocations and convocations: the universe of the wine is a remarkable case of complex structure inter-semiotics.
