Micro-entrepreneurship and associativism: a preliminary portrait of Mozambique

The article analyses the dynamic of associations and small enterprises under the perspective of solidarity economy, calling attention to the role of local actors and institutions, including the formal and the informal sectors. The article also characterizes the structural aspects and the social nets involved, so as to identify the importance of these associations and small enterprises in the development of another economic logic. The results presented are based on qualitative and quantitative empirical approaches.Downloads
