Abstract

The goal is to make a proposal for implementation and operationalization of socio networks as key to the development of Societal Innovation Capabilities (CSI) in socially-owned enterprises (EPS) in Venezuela. The study begin on the analysis, understanding and interpretation of national and international literature and of official documents and institutional level. Among their findings highlighted that, under the role that charge EPS as instruments of the establishment of an innovative model of social economy, it must establish operational networks and socio-national, regional and local levels to facilitate and promote CSI in order to achieve sustainability and strengthening of these companies so that they constitute true leaders in the establishment and consolidation of a way of producing true to the values of respect for human dignity, cooperation, democracy, equality, solidarity, justice and respect for the environment.
