Enterprise social economic: implications of the external action

Abstract

Actions of solidary economy are as way to produce and distribute goods and services of tangible and intangible. In general, these enterprises are supported/advised by persons or entities known as agents, supporters, mediators. In principle, these agents are tying with the socials enterprises purposes ranging from assistance works, to interventions that seek a full participatory management. Within this text, which has contours literature, it aims to discuss the practice of agents/mediators with the social economic enterprise, specifically in the management of these groups. The relevance of this study is evidenced by the large number of enterprises that need the performance of supporters to establish and to maintain, through funding, advice, organization, and in the management of activities. It is concluded that the discussion of the support should be constant, then, depending on the form of action may happening problems related to the construction of the autogestion and its ownership
