Abstract

This paper focus on the political character of relationships among members from different social groups, with the common objective of changing society. The aim is to identify, describe and analize different types of relationships among actors from the state and civil society (social mouvements, no-governamental organizations and local power) in the public and political municipal space. It will be done by considering the limits and possibilities of alliances among them. Therefore, this paper analyses projects of social order transformation based on local development and social economy perspective. This research tries to identify limits and possibilities of progressive alliances in Rosario city, Argentina.
