Abstract

In this article we propose a model for the evaluation of the interface of Brazilian public websites (portals) in cities and states. This analysis is part of Cybercities research, financed by CNPq. From the idea of citizencentered design, we establish some criteria for the analysis of Web Interface. Our model takes the general principles of design evaluation of Web Interface. We intent to test our model for reliability and validity in a pilot evaluation in Brazilian websites in states and capitals.
