Some characteristics of contemporary images
Abstract
This paper aims at identifying the main features of postmodernist visual representations that distinguish them from those considered to be modernist. These differences are assumed to increase the freedom of the designers’ creation process, thanks to the inclusivistic nature of the new aesthetics inspired by the postmodern condition.
