Bergson and the Idea of Real Duration
Abstract
The article analyzes some aspects of Bergson’s theory on the notion of real duration. Bergson challenges the philosophical tradition, based on the assumption of permanence and the unchangeable, and proposes the movement of life and temporality as the foundation of a new ontology.
