Authoritarian State, civil disobedience and disputatory Democracy
Abstract
The most resent political dinamism in some Latin American countries shows the overcoming of authoritarian forms of Statement, not only by the kind of politics applied but by the restrictions imposed in civil sector of society that have different approaches to the official ones. In this sence it is urgent to look forwards for new alternatives. This paper aids that civil disobedience and the defence of a disputatory democracy can give an effective replay that should be considered in the context of those societies where there is a State authoritarism and there is an structural domain of an elite.
