Avaliação da implantação da Resolução n. 307/2002 do CONAMA sobre gerenciamento dos resíduos de construção civil
Abstract
The management of the increasing volume of generated solid wastes is one of the main problems of the current world, considering the risks of exhaustion of the natural resources and the impacts to the environment and the public health. In this context, this work presents an overall view of the constructors related to the management of their solid wastes, as established the objective to analyze the effect of the resolution nº 307/2002 - CONAMA. Focusing, the recycling of C&D waste in the proper construction’s site, as form of insertion of the wastes, possible of recycling, in the productive process. It was verified that the environmental pollution by itself, does not function as motive for the improvement of the management of C&D waste by the constructors and, mainly, for the incorporation of new technologies, as the recycling of C&D waste in the proper construction’s site; and that the resolution nº 307/2002 of the CONAMA still did not produce the expected results.
