Methodology for elaboration of projects with the use of EV and QFD: application to enterprise CETEC-UPF

With the objective of assisting in the process of elaboration of Civil Engineering and Architecture, this paper presents a research to find of usual techniques and methodologies applied for the development of industrial products. The paper emphasizes the need to give value for the phases of product development and applies the methodology developed for elaboration of the project of Technological Center of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Architecture of University of Passo Fundo. The results have shown that the presented methodology helps in the development of infrastructure project process, it allows the elaboration of competitive strategies and provide quantitative elements for the adoption of product conception indicated by the target-public.
