Many reviews and criticisms are made from the studies of Kantian ethics, being feminist criticism one of them. The women’s position in Kant's philosophy is of exclusion from public life, being related to the aesthetic, ushered by emotions and not by reason. In this context, the present work initially strives to demonstrate aspects of Kantian theory about the position of women and considerations about the categorical imperative, aiming to support feminist criticisms directed at the philosopher. For its realization four main texts are going to be used, involving the philosophers Esperanza Guisán, Luisa Posada Kubissa, Stella Villarmea and Nagl-Docekal. Based on the criticism, a feminist rereading is presented utilizing Kant's studies to support an ethical feminism.
