Phraseology in Social Security rights sentences
Abstract
The present paper aims to deal with specialized phraseology. In order to do so, we use Communicative Theory of Terminology and contributions by Gouadec (1994) as theoretical background, both providing elements for the identification of phraseological units in the specialized text of Social Security Sentences (SJP). The structure and the functioning of this type of text are clarifi ed by phraseological units, which demonstrate the modus dicendi of Social Security rights area.Key words: terminology, phraseology, specialized text, Social Security rights.
