The limits to the evolutive interpretaion of the convention

The author broaches the CEDH and its relation to the national courts in the aspect of a dialogue between the judges and a transformation concerning the decisions of the national courts that the jurisprudence of the CEDH can cause. The text also discuss the evolutive interpretation of the Convention, which needs to be considered today more in terms of time than in space, differently of what has been done for a long time.
