The genealogy of the formation of the auto-sufficient individual of modernity constitutes the fundamental basis for the comprehension of Law and State. This article is based on this analysis to ascertain the dimension of the role John Locke exerts on the consolidation of the notion of Law and State, founded on the auto-sufficient national individual, and the role the dichotomization between the owner-subject and excludedsubject exerts in the era of liquid and late modernity of consumption, trying to rethink the intersubjectivity.
Key words: subject, modernity, John Locke, law, intersubjectivity.Downloads
