Habermas, law and eugenics

This article aims to present the implications of Jurgen Habermas theory in the New Rights, especially in matters related to eugenics. In this context, we work the issue of dammbruchargumente’s interferences on ethical self-understanding of the human species. Then, based on Habermasian human nature, we use the Law as a means of prohibiting the outer irreversible heterodetermination. In the end, it is demonstrated the implications between Ronald Dworkin and Jurgen Habermas debate about the eugenics matters.
