RECHTD – Journal of Constitutional Studies, Hermeneutics and Theory of Law (ISSN 2175-2168) adopts the declaration of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and provides open, free and immediate access to all published content.

RECHTD has no article processing charges (APC) or article submission charges.

Users can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link the full texts of articles, or use them for any other legal purpose, without requesting prior permission from the publisher or author, as long as they respect the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license used by the journal.
