Since the global phenomenon has gathered pace (post-war period), various classical categories linked to international law were broken. The scope of business activities created even more dynamic conditions to advance the transnational phenomenon. Due to this new scenario emerged Fair Trade: representing a transnational movement concerned with promoting fairer market conditions between consumer and producer countries in developing countries. There are several organizations that support Fair Trade around the world, among which EFTA, FLO, WFTO and FTF are good examples. In order to support transnational legal dimension of fair trade we used the Solidarity Collaboration Network Theory. The research method used was the inductive critical, while the media were bibliographic. As for the purpose, the research was of descriptive nature and the results were displayed in the form of texts.
Keywords: transnationality, Fair Trade, theory of networks.
