The Juridical Scienceand the Procedural Law are sustained from paradigms, using certain concepts and synthetical modes of knowledge production. In turn, the rationalism of justice was marked by rigor in the method, which was also one of the ways to ensure the validity of the laws now consecrated and to support the assertion of anthropocentrism against of the theocentrism.
